On the
Making type-4 fu'ivla   wiki page, there is a statement:

'You can test words for kamfu'ivla with the vlatai program'.
I've not been able to find this program anywhere.  Does anybody
know where it is?

vlatai and jvocuhadju are in the jbofihe package.

Ah, but where is the package?  The lojban website, claims
that it is on http://www.digitalkingdom.org/cvsweb/jbofihe/
but all I find there is Erroro 404.

As far as I'm aware, the official jbofi'e site (with downloads) is at
<http://www.rc0.org.uk/jbofihe/>. I don't know where I got that link or why it
wouldn't be listed on lojban.org.

Thanks..  So whom do I send an email to requesting the change?

Likewise, I noticed there is no Russian website (claimed to exist on
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Official+LLG+Projects and
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Non-English+Lojban+Materials).

Um... lojban.org is a wiki, i.e., anyone can edit it. Click the "How To Edit"
link on the left side of the page (under "Wiki") and just follow the
instructions.

I've done it.  But why does the replacement of one web address with another
result with this appendage:  ?  I notice others have had this problem too.

OOps! The appendage doesn't show in the outgoing email.  It's a little square with
a dot inside and one at the upper right.

It's not a dot on the inside and at the upper right — it's a square
with an arrow pointing out of it. It's an icon meaning "external
link". The same symbol (in a different style) appears in wikipedia
links, too.

But why do does this symbol appear with replacment addresses, but not
on the original ones?

I assume it's because they are using different wiki
software/settings than they were using before last year, so files that
were ported didn't have the symbol, but it is automatically generated
by teh input form when entering new things. I'm curious why it's
bothering you so much?
