It's some culture joke that doesn't make sense unless you're very sharp, well versed in Lojban, and are from Georgia. >_>

Also, I'm pretty sure that those are misshapen fu'ivla, so the joke kinda falls through anyway unless you know what was meant.

Turk, or the Georgian.

You're supposed to think it means "Chechen", but it doesn't. I'm not sure what
the Lojban for "Chechen" is, but I'm thinking "noxtino". ("noxcino" is
invalid because of "xc".)

I tried to look up tirkce as a lujvo before realizing it was
ill-formed, so I was already thinking lujvo and didn't get fooled by
tcetcena; otherwise it probably would've worked.
