Ducktales Lyrics

Would anyone be willing to try to translate the Ducktales theme song
into Lojban? We had a request:

Life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes - it's a duck blur
You might solve a mystery or rewrite history

Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo

D-d-d-danger, watch behind you - there's a stranger out to find you
What to do? Just grab onto some Duck Tales, oo-oo!
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!

When it seems they're headed for the final curtain
Bold deduction never fails, that's for certain
The worst of messes become successes!

Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!

The version of the song that you have reproduced here doesn't really exist,
which was throwing me off. There is a long form and short form. The long
form includes the part in the angle brackets, the short form (which is what
all the foreign language versions use) does not.

Life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes - it's a duck blur
You might solve a mystery or rewrite history

Duck Tales, woo-hoo Every day they're out there making Ducktales,woo-hoo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo
<<<
When it seems they're headed for the final curtain
Bold deduction never fails, that's for certain
The worst of messes become successes!

Duck Tales, woo-hoo Every day they're out there making Ducktales, woo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, woo-oo

D-d-d-danger, watch behind you - there's a stranger out to find you
What to do? Just grab onto some Duck Tales
(musical bridge) ooo-ooo-ooo
Duck Tales, woo-hoo Every day they're out there making Ducktales, woo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, woo-oo
>>>
D-d-d-danger, watch behind you - there's a stranger out to find you
What to do? Just grab onto some Duck Tales, woo-oo

Every day they're out there making Ducktales, woo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, woo-oo
Not pony tails or cotton tails. No! Duck Tales, woo-oo!

Here's my take on the short version in lojban:

loi nunji'e cu carbi'e simsa bu'u la dykyburg
.i sutra karce joi vinji .i datka tolterle'o
.i do ka'e facki fe lo selmipri

<At this point this is missing a line from the English: "Every day they're
out there making Ducktales,woo-hoo" which I have included.>
