Lojban In General

Are there any Portuguese speakers on the list who might translate this?

As far as I can tell, he's a Brazilian interested in Lojban, who found
my old Lojban Reader page, and either has already found or would like
to find more information about Lojban.

But it's that last bit that I want to be sure of.

I don't speak Portuguese, but I can read it fairly easily. This is
what he says:
