Outrageous?
The proposal "Add a course in Lojban" on Livemocha has been
"declined", indicated by a small label right next to the title:

As far as I can tell, the proposal page has never gone through the
"under review" stage. The rejection was unusually immediate.
This is baffling. The page has been given 192 votes, ranked at around
the 10th position among other proposals including "Add a course in
Esperanto" (which was accepted and is now "started"). I could find no
explanation for the decision from the admin side.
