History: Lojban For Beginners

3. The jbovlaste dictionary interface, a way to browse and enter Lojban word definitions.

You could also try Parallel 2, a program for implicit learning of Lojban (and other languages). Modules developed for Parallel 2 are strongly influenced by What Is Lojban?.
