History: Reduced logical form: Step 1

paragraphs = paragraph [NIhO ... # paragraphs]

We deal with each component of text as follows:

1. [NAI ...] [CMENE ... # | (indicators & free ...)]: If present, it is removed.
2. [joik-jek]: If present, it is replaced with "co'e i joik-jek"
3. [(I [[jek | joik] [[[stag] BO] #) ...] : If present, it is replaced with "(co'e I [jek | joik] [[[stag] BO] #) ..."
4. [NIhO ... #]: If present, it is removed.
5. [paragraphs]: If absent, inroduce "co'e".

With those replacements, every text is reduced to paragraphs.

For example {je i ja broda} becomes {co'e i je co'e i ja broda}.
