History: jbovlaste import: Things that should be in the printed dictionary lang en

Please note: this has been largely, though not entirely, subsumed by: [http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=BPFK+Section%3A+Dictionary+Preface&bl] In addition to the main body of the dictionary, it would be helpful if some of the following things were also in the book: * ((jbovlaste import: Foreword for the mini-dictionary lang en)) * [Some general info on Lojban for the mini-dictionary|Some general info on Lojban], and [how to use this book|how to use the book]. A starting point might be http://www.lojban.org/files/draft-dictionary/Working/dictbook.ZIP . * A pronunciation chart. IPA is must. * Rafsi list, sorted on rafsi. It's probably best to have these in an appendix, instead of mixed with the bulk of the dictionary. In order to be helpful in decomposing unknown lujvo, it would have to have all of the following entries: ** blo - blo lot lo'i {jvsv bloti} ** lo'i - blo lot lo'i {jvsv bloti} ** lot - blo lot lo'i {jvsv bloti}
