That was an example of the system functioning, not a "you should go
use this". I don't think most newbies want mail for every time the
wiki is changed, and the web forum itself is just the place you go
when you click the "discuss" tab for a page.

I never denied that the site could use improvement. What you and
other relative newcomers are unaware of is that I've asked, many
times, for specific advice on how to organize the site, and always
got complete silence. So, I stopped asking. If you have specific
suggestions as to how the side menus should be arranged, give them
to me and I'll see what I can do.

For the record, you mean "audience".

That's because wikidiscuss is the only one. :-)

Working on that now.

Remind me if I forget about that part, please.

Indeed.

No problem; hope you don't mind my correcting it. I'm trying to be
helpful, not insulting.

Forgot I was logged in as admin. Now a test reply; sorry for the
spam, but this should be it.

Do people *who use web forums* prefer threaded or plain as the
default display style?

I use forums. What's the difference? Examples would be nice since I've just
fried my brain by doing homework.

Plain just shows the newest post at the top. Threaded, if it was
working, would show posts below and indented from those they were in
reply to. While this isn't what ours would look like, here's an
example of a threaded forum:

Both done. Let me know if you're OK with the position of the "Last
forum posts" box. Unfortunately, it doesn't show dates, and it
can't be limited to a single forum, so I have some work to do.
Remind me if you don't see those issues fixed in the next day or
two.

What a dumb-ass bug (and not mine). Fixed.
