wikipedia bot

I've requested the creation of a lojban wikipedia bot that would give the articles a standerd format (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bot_requests#lojban_bot). The bot hopefuly make simple redirects to articles including cmevla (words that end with consonants) and add "." where needed. But the function I would like to see is the use of "ni'o" in the text and in the title headings to indicate the topic levels.

What do you opine? Is this an apropiate format? The user Quadell (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Quadell) will hopefuly write the bot, but some level of consensus must be reached before so. Kindly reply in english, so he can read the discussion once I post the link to this thread in the wikipedia post.

I didn't ask the bot to parse the text in the articles, although that would be very nice.

I'm not sure a standard format is desirable. What if some sections are not
relevant to a given article?

As for checking each article for grammatical correctness, perhaps that's
best done for each article individually.
