Well, all wikipedias I know, (including the english wikipedia have a standard format), what I'm suggesting is that we take advantage of the tools lojban provides to organize text: namely marking sections with "ni'o" and "ni'oni'o...". As for relevant sections, it is not a bot's task to consider relevance, but merely to perform repetitive tasks. And although usually that does not include checking grammar, in the case of lojban a bot could warn the editors that their text doesn't parse. It would still be up to the editors to decide whether they make any corrections though.
