I'd suggest the lojban-language wikipedia would be the place to do this.
However, I think the way to go would be 1-element, 2-element, 3-element, and
so on. After a few fallings out between the USA and the USSR ("We've
discovered this element, we name it after our national hero." "No, you can't
have done that." Time passes. "We've discovered this element, we name it
after our national hero." "Hey! We already discovered that one") there's a
standard naming system for new elements that is (Latin or Greek?) 1-element,
111-element, etc.

Totus and I are working on a full translation of chemical nomenclature, when
we both have time for it (caku .ei mi gunka le selcilre be fi lo
tumymrefla .e le selcilre be fi lo tumdatnyci'e).
