However, I think the way to go would be 1-element, 2-element, 3-element, and so on. After a few fallings out between the USA and the USSR ("We've discovered this element, we name it after our national hero." "No, you can't have done that." Time passes. "We've discovered this element, we name it after our national hero." "Hey! We already discovered that one") there's a standard naming system for new elements that is (Latin or Greek?) 1-element, 111-element, etc. mu'o mi'e cmacis
