Are you willing to have another translator work with you?
我是一名计算机科学系的美国毕业生，然后目前在北京有全职翻译和网站管理的职位。我从小就喜欢语言方面的东西，非常愿意帮忙支持逻辑语对中国的开放！（参考：现在lojban.org的中文主页是我编著的；用户名白松。

I think for "welcome to..." you'd use:

{fi'i vitke be le lojbo munje}

mu'o mi'e ku'us
