Confirmed issues that are being worked on

• 2012-12-23: Toolbar is missing. This seems to be because some templates are hacked/modified. This is not the way it is normally in Tiki
• 2012-12-23 feature_tabs was activated, to make pages shorter, but it's not working, looks like template hacks/corruption
