This sign appeared on the door of room 315 (we were in 321) during Penguicon.
I had no idea what it was supposed to mean and asked around. It turned out
they meant "The Marshmallow Brigade", i.e. "la fonmo sakta jenmi".

ni'o xu da jajgau loi kacmyxra be la penguikon?

Clearly your mistake was in thinking that "le fomsa sukta bo jensa"
was intended to be lojban. Actually, it's nothing of the sort. It's
a polyglot utterance:
le — The (French)
fomsa — fit, appropriate (TLI Loglan)
sukta — vedic verses (Sanskrit(?))
bo — in it (Hebrew)
jensa — our (Somish)

Clearly, you were being told "The appropriate verses in it are
ours". I think it's the linguistics equivalent to "All your base are
belong to us". Glad I was able to clear this up.
